Based on analyzing the defects of traditional organization model under the new era , and exploring the new development of organizational management theory , we realize that the organizational management research present “ integrating ” and soft tendency when the west models which adore science and rationality appeared composing problem and control trouble 本文對新的時代特征下傳統(tǒng)的組織形式所表現(xiàn)出來的缺陷進(jìn)行了分析,并在探索歸納組織管理理論最新進(jìn)展的基礎(chǔ)上,認(rèn)識到當(dāng)西方崇尚科學(xué)和理性的管理模式在面對“有人參與”的復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)而出現(xiàn)合成謬誤和控制困難時,組織管理研究呈現(xiàn)出了東西方管理“整合”及軟化趨勢。
